Stay in this beautiful holiday home in Montefrio, Spain. It is equipped with a refreshing pool and a total of 6 bedrooms can accommodate 11 guests. Ideal for 2 families. Both in summer and in winter you are in the right place in this holiday home. The lake beach at Iznajar is 20 km away and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada Granada is 45 km from the property. Moreover, the area is ideal for long hiking and cycling trips.
Montefrio
In the west of Granada you find the town of Montefrío, where a mixture of rural charm, wonderful views, monuments and natural heritage of cultures and civilizations from past centuries come together. Montefrío was selected by National Geographic for having one of the best views in the world. When you see these views you’ll understand why! This authentic white village has a spectacular skyline.
UNBELIEVABLE BEAUTY
Apart from this magnificent view there are other things to see here. The main monuments in this rural Andalusian town are La Iglesia de la Vila and Iglesia de la Incarnación. One, perched high above the town on a rocky cliff, the other is a round domed structure in the town centre. The Convento de San Antonio is also worth visiting and his mirador gives you another perspective of the town. At the Plaza Virgen de los Remedios you can take the tourist train which stops at all the main sights in town: the viewpoints, the two churches and the fortress.
OUTSIDE THE TOWN
Just outside the town of Montefrío Las Peñas de los Gitanos, with its megalithic constructions, is a wonderful place to visit as well. Nearby you can visit other famous Moorish castles at Alcalá la Real, Moclín, and Priego de Córdoba. The town of Granada is situated at 48 km from the accommodation and the airport Federico Garcia Lorca at Granada takes a 42 km drive.

Comfortable sun beds to relax by the pool, savouring the tranquillity of nature. Inside the wood burner creates comfort and cosiness on chilly evenings.
